Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $60,000 to $65,000 per year. Job Description: Post job openings and track candidates and interviews Schedule interviews for hiring managers in multiple locations Manage full cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions Prepare and present new hire offer letters as well as internal offer letters for promotion and transfers Will manage and work on special HR assignments and projects Requirements: Excellent Computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office suite Experience managing multiple, competing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Working knowledge of ADP Recruiting is a plus Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a recruiting position or HR setting REF47190 #LI-POST
