Events Project and Partner Engagement Manager

As a pivotal part of our global Marketing & Communications team, we are enhancing our capabilities in event management and partner engagement to stimulate growth, demand generation, and brand prominence, particularly in North America and key global exhibitions. We are in search of an Events Project and Partner Engagement Manager to lead the planning, execution, and performance analysis of AGFA HealthCare's major global exhibitions and select regional events throughout the United States. This role will also act as a crucial liaison for industry partnerships and memberships. This position merges practical event project management, campaign execution, alignment with sales, and partner engagement, ensuring that events generate measurable business outcomes and deliver a consistent, high-quality brand experience. Key Responsibilities: Event Planning & Execution: Lead comprehensive project management for various exhibitions, encompassing booth logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, and effective on-site execution. Oversee AGFA HealthCare's participation in significant global exhibitions (e.g., RSNA, HIMSS, ECR) alongside multiple regional events in the U.S. Guarantee consistent brand representation through booth design, messaging, and promotional materials. Manage logistical requirements and deadlines for drayage, electricity, shipping, etc. Sales Enablement & Alignment: Collaborate closely with sales teams on pre-event marketing, on-site engagement strategies, and post-event follow-up. Provide tailored event materials, insights, and recommendations to assist in generating leads and converting them into sales. Ensure that events are tightly integrated with sales objectives and target accounts. Industry & Partner Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for selected industry organizations and partners. Manage and enhance AGFA HealthCare's memberships, sponsorships, and partner-related opportunities (e.g., HIMSS, RSNA, CHIME, SIIM). Foster and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with external partners to maximize visibility and value. Drive higher-quality demand generation and better sales results through effective alignment with sales. Maximize the value of industry partnerships and sponsorships. Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in event marketing, exhibition management, or integrated marketing programs, preferably within healthcare, health IT, or B2B IT/technology. Exceptional project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple events and stakeholders simultaneously. Experience collaborating with sales teams and understanding the significance of events in lead generation. Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms for registration, lead capture, and campaign execution. Analytical mindset with experience in tracking performance metrics and return on investment (ROI). Strong communication and collaboration abilities, adept at working within a global, matrixed organization. Readiness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally for on-site event management, including setup, presence during show hours, and event breakdown.
