KPMG is looking for a Cloud Operations Specialist to become a part of our Global Technology & Group, a crucial component of KPMG International. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement AI/ML solutions to enhance monitoring, analysis, and efficiency within Cloud Operations. Manage the integration and deployment of AIOps tools and solutions. Develop machine learning models and algorithms for automating anomaly detection and incident management processes. Assess the performance of AIOps solutions and recommend improvements for optimization. Create detailed dashboards and reports to share insights and performance metrics related to AIOps with stakeholders. Document technical configurations and deployment procedures to ensure transparency and reproducibility. Uphold KPMG's professional and respectful work environment with integrity and personal responsibility. Qualifications: Minimum of one year of recent experience in IT Operations. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts and AI technologies. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, or other languages relevant to AI/ML development. Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools. Strong problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without needing visa sponsorship; KPMG LLP does not sponsor work visas.
