We are looking for a Compensation Strategy Manager to take charge of our compensation initiatives. This pivotal role will drive our pay practices, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our strategic business objectives. Duties & Responsibilities Lead the compensation function at PCG, managing all aspects of compensation programs and policies. Oversee base salary and incentive programs, salary structures, job evaluations, and market data assessments. Conduct thorough market analysis on PCG job roles to establish competitive positioning. Drive the annual compensation cycle, including system setup, budget modeling, data auditing, and related functionalities. Manage the administration of compensation programs, including maintaining salary structures and job descriptions. Ensure compliance with all compensation-related regulations and standards, following federal, state, and local laws. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and leadership to align compensation strategies with organizational objectives. Review job descriptions for FLSA compliance to ensure proper classification of positions. Provide education to employees and managers regarding compensation policies and programs. Partner with Talent Acquisition to connect compensation strategies with recruitment efforts to attract top talent. Required Skills Extensive knowledge of compensation concepts and principles; able to manage complex tasks within established frameworks. Experience in team management and influencing personnel decisions. Proficient in Workday Compensation software. A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and proficiency in HR software. Knowledge of compensation best practices, HR data analysis, and employment law. Strong communication, negotiation, time management, and project management skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Education Bachelor's Degree 6+ years of relevant experience CCP certification or advanced degree preferred Supervisory Responsibility This role includes managing a team with direct reports. All PCG managers are expected to: Delegate effectively to meet organizational goals. Inspire and engage team members to promote retention. Develop and nurture high-performing individuals and teams. Compensation: We offer a competitive compensation package, influenced by factors such as location, role specifics, skills, and experience. As per legal requirements, the salary range for this position is $105,000 to $135,000 annually. Our benefits include medical and dental care, 401k, PTO, parental leave, and bereavement leave.
