We have an exciting opportunity for a Stocking and Warehouse Associate to join our DOW Warehouse team. The Stocking and Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing general warehouse functions with a focus unloading and loading merchandise shipments from trucks to stock and organize the products in the correct places within the warehouse. Hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday with some overtime as needed. Full Time position with pay starting at $16.75 per hour. Job Duties: Perform general stocking duties on a daily basis including storing and stocking products in/on bins, pallets, shelves, racks. Responsible for accurate weekly physical inventory counts. Maintain precise inventory of all product lines on a daily basis. Accurate order pulling and checking, and thorough stocking and organization. Load and unload shipments from all delivery vehicles and common carriers. Process freight and ground shipments accurately. Verify accuracy of warehouse deliveries. Sort, stack, and rotate inventory weekly (FIFO). Accurately pull and fill customer orders. Accurately check pulled orders. Create and update documents using Microsoft Office products. Must be able to pass a post offer background and drug screening. Requirements Physical Requirements: Able to grasp, sit, stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull heavy loads of 75 pounds in a physical environment. Ability to push/pull up to 500 pounds using a pallet jack or pallet stacker. Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment. Ability to be on your feet for and moving for up 8-10 hours a day as workload permits. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
