This Mortgage Document File Handling Specialist role is with a large, respected global company that offers growth opportunities for the hard-working, reliable, engaged professional. The Mortgage Document Operations Processor is a long-term contract. It may have the opportunity to transition to a permanent placement! If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy reading and reviewing documents, love seeing a mound of work and the dent that you personally put into it by using your administrative skills, and enjoy working with computers; we want to talk to YOU! salary: $19 - $20 per hour shift: Second work hours: 4 PM - 12:30 AM education: High School Responsibilities Manage Mortgage Backed Security Documents from receipt to placement of them in the vault Receive original and non-original documents from multiple sources including shipment, fax, and computer Document receipt of documents correctly in the computer system Prep the documents for proper handling, filing, and recovery Scan the documents into the required data management systems Validate that the documents came through in clear and complete form Utilize your keen eye for detail to perform quality assurance Organize and file the documents and file for proper storage in the vault Ability to lift file boxes up to 35 pounds and push a file cart Take your two 15-minute breaks and dinner at the scheduled time Skills Mortgage Document (2 years of experience is preferred) Detail Orientation (2 years of experience is required) Task Oriented Computer skills Time Management Focus (2 years of experience is required) Communication Critial Thinking Good Memory Data Processing Ability to lift up to 35 lbs (2 years of experience is required) Qualifications Years of experience: 2 years Experience level: Entry Level Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
