Uniform and necessary equipment provided. Additional perks may vary by position. Your Responsibilities: Welcome guests as they enter the bank. Observe, document, and report any incidents. Enforce laws and policies as required. Provide excellent customer service. Monitor the functionality of elevators and escalators. Intervene in situations that may harm individuals or property. Recognize and appropriately respond to individuals in crisis. Assist sick or injured persons. Address safety hazards and equipment malfunctions. Manage situations that may require evacuations. Monitor security video feeds and alarm systems. Collaborate with fellow security officers, law enforcement, and emergency services. As a security officer, you will undergo training and certification, and may be assigned to various posts, which may include standing, sitting, or walking. Qualifications: Must be a U.S. citizen as defined by 22 USC § 6010. Must be at least 21 years old. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Must pass a background check. Hold a permanent state Guard License. Ability to write detailed and accurate reports in English. Ability to read, comprehend, and apply printed rules, detailed orders, and instructions in English. Capability to identify situations or individuals posing a threat to public safety. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage stressful situations effectively. Willingness to follow directions promptly and efficiently. Ability to handle disruptive or abusive individuals professionally. For military veterans, discharge must not be of a nature that disqualifies for the security position. Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is essential; a college degree is highly desirable. Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English is required. All security personnel are expected to demonstrate high integrity and possess exemplary security skills and judgment. Ensure that you hold all required licenses, permits, and certifications pertinent to your duties.
