Job Description The Preconstruction Manager will: Support and lead preconstruction efforts, working closely with Dominic and mentoring a junior estimator Manage estimating, budgeting, conceptual pricing, value engineering, and bid strategies Work across hard bid, negotiated, and CMaR project delivery methods Collaborate with operations, project management, and clients to ensure accurate and competitive proposals Contribute to longterm growth planning for the Indy preconstruction team MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
