Objective of Job Install, maintain, and repair machinery and/or equipment as part of the tool room program. Coordinate associates and equipment scheduling. Principal Activities Support the supervisor in the organization and the allocation of shift personnel based on the call from each operations area, ensuring that a work order is entered into the system. Provides recommendations to supervisors regarding disciplinary actions, associate development, including cross-training, time-off/PTO. Ensures and supports company policies and procedures are followed. Recognize and eliminate weak areas; develop suggestions for eliminating weak areas.
