About the Role The Company is on the lookout for an experienced Vice President of Compliance and Ethics to spearhead our compliance initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic leader who excels in navigating complex regulatory landscapes, especially in the satellite, aerospace, or telecommunications sectors. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring compliance with international, federal, and local regulations. Designing and implementing comprehensive compliance programs. Fostering a strong culture of ethics and corporate governance. Managing critical areas such as export control, trade compliance, and data security and privacy. Providing training to employees and leading risk assessment activities. Collaborating with executive leadership, legal teams, and operational units to maintain a robust compliance framework. To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, engineering, or a related field, with a Master's degree or JD preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or legal roles is essential. The ideal candidate will have: A deep understanding of satellite industry regulations, including FCC, ITU, ITAR, EAR, and cybersecurity laws. Experience managing compliance programs and risk mitigation strategies. Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
