In this pivotal role, you will be a senior legal professional with extensive expertise in commercial, regulatory, and corporate matters. Key responsibilities include: Providing expert strategic counsel on legal issues. Drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Offering proactive guidance on compliance risks and regulatory changes. Delivering practical legal advice to senior business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, be licensed to practice law in the United States, and possess 8-10 years of transactional experience, ideally with a background in in-house legal practice.
