SAP Service Management Travel Responsibilities: As a Functional Lead, you will be responsible for translating this Service Industry client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using your in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 Service Management. • Design functional specs and implement innovative solutions that align with client needs and industry standards. • Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment. • Prepare Config design documents, Functional designs and develop Test scripts for Integration & User Acceptance testing • Continuously assess and improve solution delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Mentor and guide team members in best practices and emerging technologies to foster a collaborative environment. • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide strategic insights and recommendations Thanks Nivesh
