Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Quote Management Optimization (CPQ) to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our Quote Management features. You will play a critical role in enhancing the quoting experience through innovative product initiatives and AI integration. Your mission will be to transform outdated manual quoting processes into intelligent, automated solutions, rapidly delivering minimum viable products (MVPs) and significantly boosting seller productivity and revenue. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Innovation: Develop and execute the multi-year roadmap for Quote Management within the CPQ ecosystem. Lead 0-1 product initiatives, turning new features from concept to launch. Drive digital transformation by simplifying and automating quoting processes. Pinpoint opportunities for AI and automation to enhance efficiency in quoting. Agile Execution: Implement Agile methodologies for quick delivery of value via iterative releases. Establish clear product requirements and success metrics for effective outcomes. Collaborate closely with Engineering and UX teams to develop practical, testable solutions. Balance speed and quality while scaling in a complex enterprise environment. AI and Platform Modernization: Advocate for AI/ML integration to enhance quote creation, recommendations, approvals, and insights. Lead modernization initiatives to reduce technical debt and improve performance. Work with Data and Platform teams to ensure secure and effective AI applications. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary product leader for Quote Management, collaborating with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Engineering. Align teams around priorities, strategies, and project delivery. Communicate roadmap progress and impact to senior leadership effectively. Customer-Centric Solutions: Gain a deep understanding of seller workflows and customer needs. Utilize data and feedback to continuously improve the product experience. Track success by measuring cycle-time reductions, productivity enhancements, and revenue growth. Basic Qualifications: 8-10 years of product management experience in complex B2B or enterprise solutions. Proven track record of delivering 0-1 products and driving digital transformation. Strong background in CPQ, Quote Management, or Revenue Operations. Hands-on experience in MVP development using Agile methodologies. Ability to influence and align diverse teams within a matrixed environment. Preferred Qualifications: Exceptional communication and analytical abilities. Experience with AI/ML technologies in enterprise workflows. Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or similar enterprise solutions. Experience transitioning legacy systems to scalable cloud solutions. A history of delivering products that enhance productivity and drive revenue. The salary range for this role is $129,500.00 to $186,100.00, with actual base pay varying based on skills, experience, and location.
