Industry Insurance Type Privately Held About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Vice President to play a key role in the strategic management of trust accounts and collateral arrangements essential to our ceded reinsurance portfolio. This position combines hands-on responsibilities with strategic oversight, focusing on the administration of an increasing number of trust accounts across global jurisdictions. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with all contractual, regulatory, and internal policy requirements and will expertly coordinate complex collateral structures with various stakeholders, including cedents, brokers, banks, custodians, and internal teams. Your expertise will also be essential in managing Letters of Credit (LOCs) and funds withheld arrangements, reviewing investment guidelines, and compiling comprehensive reporting packages for the Security Committee. We are looking for candidates with in-depth knowledge of NAIC trust requirements and regulatory frameworks in the U.S., Bermuda, and U.K./EU jurisdictions. This role demands the ability to foster complex stakeholder relationships and a solid understanding of investment guidelines, collateral eligibility, and portfolio concentration metrics. You should have a proven track record of implementing governance policies, compliance controls, and operational best practices.
