Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for comprehensive analysis as necessary. Maintain meticulous documentation throughout all processes, contribute to the training of new personnel or students, and ensure adherence to laboratory quality standards. Uphold a clean and secure work environment while complying with regulations and accreditation standards. Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation. Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be secured within the first year of employment.
