Project Manager - Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of heat-exchanger-related projects. This role ensures that projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with all relevant industry standards. The position typically oversees large-scale industrial projects across high-stakes environments such as the technology, energy, and manufacturing sectors. Responsibilities & Duties Develop and coordinate detailed, approved action plans to ensure successful project completion. Serve as the primary point of contact for all Operations activities, including coordination with Engineering, Sales, and customers. Maintain consistent communication regarding project status, milestones, and deliverables. Maintain project schedules and report progress during weekly program reviews. Collaborate with Supply Chain to identify long-lead items and ensure timely procurement in support of project timelines. Oversee project budgets and work closely with cost controllers to manage expenditures and financial performance. Document and communicate project status, challenges, and resolutions to management. Lead cross-functional project teams to drive optimal execution and achieve project objectives. Perform additional duties as assigned. Other Responsibilities Ensure the organization's standards of quality and operational excellence are incorporated into every product and process. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including business ethics, operational frameworks, vision, and values. Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) Experience developing and facilitating business processes to meet project goals. Basic understanding of air coolers and manufacturing supply chains is beneficial; professional project management accreditation (e.g., PMI) is a plus. Self-motivated with a positive, solutions-driven attitude; strong leadership qualities including empathy, team motivation, and a commitment to achieving shared goals. Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively. Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization. Consistent attendance and ability to work on-site as required. Ability to multitask, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with departmental colleagues. Proficiency with personal computer tools including email, recordkeeping, databases, word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and experience with Microsoft Project. Ability to read, interpret, and apply safety rules, operating instructions, and technical manuals in English; ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence in English. Strong mathematical skills including percentages, proportions, interest calculations, and basic geometry and algebra. Ability to solve practical problems and work with a range of variables where limited standardization exists; ability to interpret written, verbal, diagrammatic, or scheduled instructions. Strong project management capabilities for organizing, leading, and tracking progress while coordinating cross-functional teams. PMPĀ® Certification preferred. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in a technical field or business administration. Five to eight years of project management experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
