Join our dynamic global team as a Senior Manager for Sales Capture in Financial Services, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and closing large-scale deals. In this position, you will collaborate with a diverse team to align with client imperatives and solve complex business challenges by leveraging the full scope of Accenture's services. This role is designed for an experienced deal shaper who is passionate about driving sales success and fostering relationships with key decision-makers. As part of your responsibilities, you will: Originate, shape, and close significant sales opportunities or manage a portfolio of opportunities. Build proactive relationships with clients through diligent qualification, solution crafting, negotiation, and closing processes. Articulate a compelling and unique value proposition that aligns with client goals. Create an engaging vision for deal outcomes using storytelling and immersive experiences. Shape multi-disciplinary transactions with a commercial focus. Influence client selection processes and evaluation criteria to favor your proposals. Lead business negotiations effectively. Provide guidance and structure to the sales process by advising team members on win strategies and closing plans. Work closely with Sales leadership, Client Account teams, and subject matter experts to drive success. Engage with the firm’s leadership to navigate the deal through approval processes. Identify and tackle complex problems within your scope, while creating innovative solutions. Supervise Bid Managers or sales team members as needed. Recruit the right talent for sales opportunities at critical times. Travel as required, potentially up to 100%. We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications: At least 8 years of experience in shaping, negotiating, and closing large professional services deals. Minimum of 10 years in Sales Pursuit Management. At least 4 years in direct sales, achieving quotas of $5 - $25M+, with strong consulting experience. Minimum 4 years in a digital-first, data-driven, B2B or B2C global organization. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
