Position Overview: As an Emergency Medicine Physician, you will be critical in delivering timely, compassionate, and efficient care to patients experiencing a wide range of urgent and emergent medical conditions. You'll work within a multidisciplinary team to evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute illnesses and injuries, coordinate with specialists as needed, and ensure smooth care transitions. Our ED is well-equipped with advanced medical technology, efficient triage protocols, and strong support staff, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional care. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert evaluation and treatment for patients in emergencies Collaborate with nursing, advanced practice providers, and specialists Document patient care by best practices and compliance standards Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives Ensure patient safety and advocate for their needs through all stages of care Qualifications: We seek a physician with 2-4 years of experience in Emergency Medicine. Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine. Physicians trained in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with substantial emergency care experience may also be considered. A valid Wisconsin medical license or eligibility to obtain one is required. Strong interpersonal skills, clinical confidence, and a commitment to excellence in patient care are essential.
