This role supports patients with communication, swallowing, and cognitive‑linguistic needs while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive‑linguistic, and swallowing evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapy for patients recovering from neurological, orthopedic, and medically complex conditions Document assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries Collaborate with physicians, nursing, PT/OT, case management, and other team members Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home programs Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning Qualifications Active state SLP license or eligibility to obtain Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) Minimum of 1–2 years of recent SLP experience; IRF experience strongly preferred Current BLS certification Why Vivian Health?
