Department Overview The Services Offer Management team within Motorola's Global Services segment is pivotal in shaping the strategy and execution of our Managed, Support & Professional services portfolios. These global professionals are focused on driving growth by aligning innovative services with our product offerings, particularly in the Video and Command Centre Software domain. Job Overview We are on the lookout for a strategic and results-driven Manager of Service Products to spearhead the enhancement and growth of our global services portfolio. In this role, you will maximize revenue through creative pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies while leading efforts in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Growth: Formulate and execute global strategies to boost service value while leveraging competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of trends. Commercial Execution: Drive revenue enhancement with expert pricing strategies, service packaging, and tailored promotional tactics designed for diverse market demands. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Support teams to identify opportunities for upselling and ensure seamless service delivery. Data-Driven Insights: Assess service usage trends and KPIs to guide product development and provide insightful updates to senior leadership. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and vendors to enhance the service ecosystem and retain competitive advantages. Project Leadership: Oversee the complete lifecycle of service launches, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines across multiple projects. Communication: Clearly convey complex ideas to internal stakeholders and customers, fostering alignment throughout the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is preferred). Minimum of 3 years of experience in services product management or marketing, preferably in tech or telecommunications. Demonstrated success in launching new services and translating complex data into strategic growth opportunities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time. Target Base Salary Range: $115,000 - $135,000 At Motorola Solutions, we promote pay transparency and equity in alignment with our values and applicable laws.
