Product Manager - Payment Solutions Join our innovative Product team as a Product Manager focused on Payment Solutions, and play a crucial role in enhancing payment capabilities on the Binance.US platform. In this position, you will craft and implement a strategic roadmap aimed at delivering seamless payment experiences for our users. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, identify operational gaps, and spearhead continuous improvements in our payment processes. A background in cryptocurrency or experience in regulated industries will be a significant advantage. Core Responsibilities: Lead the creation and management of the product roadmap for fiat, payment, and funding integrations. Gather and prioritize feedback from stakeholders including Customers, Customer Support, Risk, Compliance, and Finance teams. Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deploy secure, robust, and compliant payment solutions. Define product requirements and user stories based on both stakeholder needs and technical feasibility. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track success metrics to ensure tools meet performance standards and mitigate operational issues. Ensure all product solutions comply with U.S. regulatory standards and internal security protocols. Effectively communicate the roadmap and progress updates to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Stay ahead of emerging payment trends and proactively identify new priorities. Preferred Skills / Experience: 3-6 years of product management experience, with a focus on payment applications. Experience in developing or maintaining payment systems and integrations including credit cards, debit cards, ACH, and wire transfers. A background in a regulated environment such as fintech, crypto exchanges, or financial services is highly valued. Demonstrated project management and strong communication skills with stakeholders. Excellent analytical abilities to tackle complex challenges leveraging data-driven insights. Familiarity with compliance, risk, and customer operations workflows is a plus. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. Salary: The starting pay range for this position is USD$155,000 - USD$180,000, contingent on factors such as skill set, experience, and market demand.
