Restaurant Manager We are searching for hospitality-drivenprofessionals dedicated to consistency, high standards, creativity, criticalthinking, and a desire to achieve daily excellence. To be successful in this role you should be a thoughtfulleader and a confident decision-maker while ensuring profitability as you helpgrow our company. The salary range is based on prior experience. Responsibilities - Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, includingfood service, food quality control and customer service. -Keeping customers happy, getting their feedback on the experienceand presenting solutions to any negative experience. -Recruiting, interviewing and training staff to followrestaurant procedures. - Manage and lead a team of staff members, providing training, guidance, andsupport as needed. -Prepare weekly staff schedules, keeping track of employees'hours and approving payroll. - Ensure efficient inventory management and control to minimize waste andoptimize costs. - Uphold high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service quality. - Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain asmooth operation. -Ordering needed supplies as needed to ensure properservice standards. - Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to create a safe diningenvironment. -Manage Liquor, Beer &Wine Inventory, purchase and costcontrol. -Manage Restaurant's Payroll -Actively participate in different meetings as needed forthe successful operation of the restaurant. -Manage our Hotel In Room Dining experience Please visit our careers page to see more job opportunities.
