Manager, Corporate FP&A

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Lead the preparation of key management reports, including monthly financial packs (budget vs. actuals), board presentations, and lender reports. Design and implement Power BI dashboards, templates, and automation tools to monitor business performance, profitability, and working capital. Manage the development of key financial models, including the annual consolidated budget, 13-week cash flow, long-term financial models, and monthly reforecasts. Collaborate with Strategic Finance peers in Sales and Operations to provide a comprehensive view of business performance and financial outlook. Partner with IT and business leaders to define data and technology requirements that enhance reporting and business intelligence capabilities. Perform ad hoc business analysis using financial and operational data to provide insights that drive strategic decisions. Qualifications And Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Technology. 5+ years of experience in finance, public accounting, or consulting; experience in private equity portfolio companies or distribution/logistics is a plus. Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to break down complex issues into actionable insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Power BI; experience with Alteryx and SQL is a plus. Ability to interact with executives and private equity sponsors and deliver high-impact analysis. Curiosity, common sense, and a results-driven mindset.
