Job Description

Position Title: Onboarding Specialist Duration: 10 Weeks with possibility of extension Location: 4000 Nexus Drive, Wilmington, DE, 19803 Shift Start Time: 7:30am; 8-hour shift - 10 weeks- 40 hours weeklyPrincipal duties and responsibilities: • Must be highly detailed, demonstrate emotional intelligence and problem solve effectively; and will be required to use independent judgment in maintaining an efficient workflow. • Responsible for resolving issues and deals effectively with customer concerns and service-related issues. • Ensures all required post offer compliance tasks are completed to include but not limited to form I-9 documentation, license and certifications are active and in good standing in accordance with the State, Center for Medicare MediClientd Services (CMS) and Joint Commission guidelines to minimize regulatory risks. • Assist all caregivers in navigating hospital onboarding processes, ensuring that clear effective communication is utilized to onboard on time. • Maintains quality assurance to monitor all tasks are complete within SLA, while maintaining quality and accuracy throughout onboarding process. • Provides a 1st class onboarding experience through customer service, signature moments, and effective monitorable processes. • Responsible for confirming the onboarding processes are initiated within the expected timeline and all required documents are received, scanned, and indexed into OnBase electronic file and all Workday onboarding tasks are completed. Regularly completes audits to confirm the documents are correctly indexed in OnBase and Workday. • Schedule pre-employment physicals, allowing adequate time for the results to be received, reviewed and approved by Employee Health Services. • Ensures all required I-9 documentation compliance tasks are completed. • Collect documents for BLS/ACLS, I-9, licenses/certifications, and educational documents. • Aids candidates in enrolment in Multifactor Authentication. Education and experience requirements: • High School diploma/GED • Two years' experience in customer service and HR related field. Knowledge, skill, and ability requirements: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) • Workday experience is a plus, but not necessary
