The Commissioning Manager oversees system testing, startup, and turnover for the environmental remediation and decommissioning project. This role ensures that all systems are installed, tested, and commissioned in compliance with project and client requirements. Responsibilities: Develop and execute commissioning plans, procedures, and test scripts. Coordinate between construction, operations, and engineering teams. Lead system walkdowns, functional testing, and punch list resolution. Track commissioning progress and prepare turnover documentation. Identify and troubleshoot system deficiencies or operational issues. Support final handover and performance verification. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. 7+ years of commissioning or startup experience on industrial or power projects. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems. Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills. Ability to work in a field-based, team-oriented environment.
