Position Responsibilities Conduct evaluations for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients utilizing standardized testing and observational methods. Create tailored treatment plans that cater to both immediate objectives and long-term communication or swallowing requirements. Deliver focused one-on-one therapy targeting communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders. Engage collaboratively with physical and occupational therapists, healthcare professionals, caregivers, and families to devise integrated care strategies. Empower patients and their families with education to promote progress beyond clinical settings. Contribute to additional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring consistent care throughout the patient's journey. Maintain precise, timely documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational standards. Commit to ongoing learning and collaboration with peers to stay at the forefront of field advancements. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. If not ASHA-certified, completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Certifications State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
