As an Enterprise Security Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to provide top-notch data protection and access management solutions to our clients. Here's a glimpse into your exciting responsibilities: Industry Expertise: Utilize your profound knowledge of IAM and data security to educate our enterprise clients on the latest practices, tailoring solutions to their unique challenges. Sales Leadership & Collaboration: Take charge throughout the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. You will identify potential clients, conduct security assessments, and present tailored security solutions, all while exceeding sales targets. Solution Architecture: Work alongside our technical teams to design innovative security architectures that align with business needs, ensuring our solutions are effective and meet customer goals. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the enterprise space to position our company as a trusted security partner. Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging security threats, sharing insights to refine our sales strategies. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, providing input to craft persuasive messaging for our security solutions. Customer Success: Ensure client satisfaction by offering post-sales support, consulting, and aiding in customer onboarding and ongoing security optimization. Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in security sales with a focus on IAM and data security solutions. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences. Strategic mindset with a strong results-driven approach. Able to work independently while managing multiple opportunities. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Responsibilities: Your primary responsibility will be to engage with large commercial enterprises, promoting Oracle's innovative hybrid Security capabilities to drive revenue growth. This role includes maintaining engagement with clients throughout the sales cycle, strategically aligning with Oracle's sales and engineering teams, and collaborating with partners to maximize portfolio growth. You will be tasked with achieving an annual revenue target, building a healthy pipeline, accurately forecasting, and closing sales of our security licensing opportunities. A background of 10+ years in field sales, particularly with hybrid Data Security and/or Identity Management solutions, is essential for success in this role.
