Your Impact As a key member of McKinsey's Ethics and Compliance (E&C) function, you will play an essential role in managing risks while supporting our firm's client impact and innovation. The E&C function is a globally integrated team focused on ensuring integrity and regulatory compliance throughout our organization. In this pivotal role, you will lead advisory and compliance efforts for various programs, including Client Capabilities Networks and Artificial Intelligence, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. In this role, you will: Develop and implement sustainable compliance solutions. Manage comprehensive compliance programs while collaborating with senior leaders across functions such as Legal and Risk. Adapt compliance initiatives to align with the evolving risk profile of the firm. Enhance compliance tools and standards to address ongoing challenges. Support the development of compliance capabilities in areas like training and communications. As a member of the Firm Practice Compliance leadership team, your contributions will significantly impact our compliance strategy and initiatives. You will engage with regional leaders to promote our integrity agenda and raise compliance awareness, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration. Your Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree(s) or professional certifications (e.g., Juris Doctor, CPA) preferred. 7+ years of regulatory compliance experience in large, global organizations. 5+ years of experience in advising and implementing regulatory compliance programs in a highly regulated industry. Ability to influence and provide insights on complex issues. Strong organizational and project management skills.
