This position ensures product and process quality while maintaining strong communication with both internal teams and external customers. Responsibilities Act as the primary quality contact for customer-related concerns, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and documentation. Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure consistent quality and compliance with automotive standards. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes, reduce variation, and enhance product performance. Maintain and improve documentation related to audits, validation protocols, and quality system requirements. QualificationsRequired: Bachelors degree in mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of quality engineering experience in the automotive industry, including direct interaction with customers.
