The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SharePoint architecture, Microsoft 365, migration tools, and security compliance frameworks. Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience as a SharePoint Administrator Hands-on experience managing SharePoint migrations Strong knowledge of SharePoint (Online and On-Premises) Experience with migration tools (SPMT, ShareGate) Advanced PowerShell scripting skills Knowledge of ATO frameworks and security compliance Experience with security protocols, access control, and vulnerability management CompTIA Security+ certification (Required) Active Secret Clearance (Required) U.S. Citizenship (Required) Preferred QualificationsExperience in federal or regulated environments Microsoft 365 certifications (Enterprise Administrator Expert / Administrator Expert) MD-102 Endpoint Administrator Associate Experience with Active Directory, SQL Server, and Microsoft Power Platform Key ResponsibilitiesMigration & AdministrationPlan and execute SharePoint migrations Perform pre- and post-migration validation Manage SharePoint farms, service applications, and site collections Automate tasks using PowerShell Security & ComplianceEnsure compliance with ATO security standards Implement security hardening configurations Conduct security audits and vulnerability scans Manage user access and permissions Collaboration & DocumentationCoordinate with IT and security teams Provide user training and post-migration support Maintain documentation and SOPs Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Vision insurance Application Question(s): Do you have experience managing and maintaining on-premises SharePoint Server farms?
