An elementary school in Worcester, MA is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students on a full-semester contract. This full-time position (40 hours per week) offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners' communication skills. Part-time candidates interested in 20 hours per week are also encouraged to apply. The contract begins ASAP through June 30, 2026. Key responsibilities include: Managing an elementary school caseload with direct speech and language services Conducting speech and language assessments and writing comprehensive reports Developing and implementing individualized education program (IEP) goals and delivering consultations Collaborating effectively with parents, teachers, and school staff to support student progress Completing documentation such as IEP writing and goal setting in alignment with district standards Qualifications and experience: Active Speech-Language Pathology licensure in Massachusetts Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status required School-based experience working with elementary-aged students Ability to perform on-site work due to caseload demands (no telepractice or SLPAs accepted) Completion of CORI background check and fingerprinting as mandated by state regulations All candidates will participate in a Zoom interview as part of the selection process.
