Schedule Rotating shifts with weekend, holiday, and on-call coverage. 3 shifts of 12 hours each, totaling 36 hours per week. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist with experience in various surgical specialties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in supporting surgical procedures and collaborating effectively within a surgical team. ResponsibilitiesAssist in vascular surgeries, both open and endovascular. Support spine cases in both neurosurgery and orthopedic settings. Prepare for and assist with craniotomies and other complex procedures. Facilitate orthopedic surgeries focusing on trauma and fracture fixation. Participate in general surgical procedures, including open and minimally invasive techniques. Assist with thoracic and plastic surgery cases, including flap procedures. Support ENT surgeries, especially tracheostomies, and oral maxillofacial procedures. Contribute to robotic and trauma surgery cases, including head, chest, and abdominal trauma. Assist with transplant procedures involving kidneys and livers. Provide support as necessary for agency nurses to address staffing deficits. Required ExperienceProven experience in surgical technology, particularly in the specialties listed above.
