A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), either Clinical Fellow (CF) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), position is available with a contract assignment in Blue Springs, MO. This role supports a specialized early childhood program focused on students with autism at an early childhood center. The position is onsite with working hours from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, lasting until the end of the school year (May 28th). Key Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 35 students within a specialized autism program. Utilize Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices as part of therapy sessions. Collaborate with educators and staff to support individual student needs. Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with district guidelines. Participate in professional development and team meetings as necessary. Preferred Qualifications: Valid Missouri SLP license is required; Clinical Fellows and SLPAs are encouraged to apply. Experience working with early childhood populations and students with autism. Familiarity with AAC devices and strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to commit to onsite work full time.
