Two full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are needed to provide intensive behavioral support in a K-12 school setting within Watsonville, CA. These contracted positions span the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year, with opportunities to continue into the 2026-2027 school year. Work hours are Monday through Friday, approximately 6 to 6.5 hours per day. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized, intensive behavioral interventions for students with significant externalizing behaviors. Support students during part-day attendance (2-3 hours/day), providing focused one-on-one assistance. Provide additional behavioral support on an as-needed basis within the classroom or school environment. Collaborate effectively with educational and behavioral teams to implement strategies tailored to high needs students. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Proven experience working with high needs students exhibiting complex behavioral challenges. Ability to maintain professionalism and adaptability in dynamic school settings. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with staff and families effectively.
