Job Title: PackerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our fast-paced production team. You will be responsible for packing materials as they come off the production machine, building boxes, and staging materials for shipping. This role requires standing for long periods and regularly lifting up to 30 pounds. Build boxes for packaging. Stage materials for shipping. Ensure quality by inspecting packed items. Communicate effectively with leads, supervisors, and managers. Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work orders. Utilize a computer to access work instructions. Essential Skills Experience in packing and assembly. Ability to lift 30 pounds regularly. Capability to stand for long periods in the same position. Strong communication skills. Ability to read SOPs and work orders. Competency in using a computer for work instructions. Additional Skills & Qualifications Background in fast-paced production environments. Experience in medical assembly or clean room environments. The role is on the 2nd shift form 3pm-11:30pm. Candidates must be comfortable with gowning up and wearing PPE, including hair nets and eye protection. The dress code includes close-toed shoes, and lockers are available for personal belongings.
