Your leadership will be essential in delivering top-tier, efficient service while aligning with our strategic vision. We are searching for a forward-thinking leader who excels in nurturing relationships with clients, carriers, brokers, and sales teams, enhancing our market expertise. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of claims experience with a minimum of 8 years in a supervisory capacity, demonstrating a solid history of driving performance and fostering collaboration. Key responsibilities include: Establishing and motivating performance to achieve branch objectives. Leveraging analytics and technology to boost team productivity. Overseeing multiple priorities to ensure team success. A successful candidate will hold a High School Diploma, possess a minimum of 15 years of claims experience, and have at least 8 years of supervisory experience. Required licensure and certification in all applicable states is essential, along with a comprehensive understanding of team-oriented functions. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
