Behavior Therapist Internship (Part-Time)Location: Naperville, IL clinic and surrounding areaJob Type: Part-time | Minimum 6-month commitmentPay: $19.00/hr for client sessions and office work (post RBT certification) $17.00/hr for client sessions and office work during in-person shadowing (pre-certification) $15.00/hr for RBT modules and virtual onboarding $150 Sign on bonus after 3 months of employment About the Role Instructional ABA Consultants is seeking motivated interns to provide one-on-one support to children with Autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This part-time role offers hands-on experience and is ideal for students or recent graduates in psychology, education, or a related field.Schedule: Daytime and evening shifts (3:00-7:30 PM); one weekend day required, In-Person Only, in-home and in-clinic sessionsKey Responsibilities Deliver direct ABA therapy in a clinical setting Follow treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Accurately collect and report session data within 24 hours Attend training sessions and maintain communication with your BCBA Follow all ethical standards and HIPAA regulations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with children (paid or volunteer) Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Must pass a background check Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance CPR/First Aid certification preferred Ideal for students pursuing a degree in psychology, education, or behavior analysis Reports To: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
