Business Operations Manager, Wearables

Summary:This highly visible role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI hardware at Meta, a top priority at Meta by developing key financial insights, building unit and revenue forecasts across the portfolio and driving financial initiatives. This position provides unparalleled exposure, working on initiatives critical to Business leadership and Finance executives.Required Skills:Business Operations Manager, Wearables Responsibilities: Develop models to predict unit sales of Wearables hardware products Create KPIs to measure and explain performance of the business Query and visualize data from internal systems to develop insights into trends and opportunities Collaborate with analytical, product, sales, demand planning, and finance teams to develop a robust understanding of product performance Develop strong business partnerships with Demand Planning, Product Marketing, Sales, and Finance leadership overall Develop and uplevel existing planning, budgeting, and reporting with modeling contributions Drive process improvements by partnering with up-stream process owners and enhance current tools/systems related to financial management Provide financial leadership across planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning Minimum Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or other quantitative field 6+ years of experience in finance, analytics or business strategy Experience managing end-to-end forecast processes across monthly, quarterly and annual cycles Experience forecasting and modeling techniques that support various types of strategic analytics (i.e., time series forecasting, new product entry, scenario planning) Experience partnering with and influencing functional leaders Experience using data, analytics and visualization technologies including SQL or a similar database querying language, Tableau, and/or advanced analytical skills using Excel and Google Sheets Proven experience working and delivering multiple projects simultaneously, with deadlines and changing priorities Preferred Qualifications:Preferred Qualifications: Experience with consumer hardware business models Advanced degree such as an MS or PhD in quantitative field Public Compensation:$131,000/year to $191,000/year + bonus + equity + benefitsIndustry: InternetEqual Opportunity:Meta is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
