Job Responsibilities:Training Program: Become a Feldco product knowledge expert in windows, doors, siding, and roofs. Learn our proven Feldco sales process that transforms recruits into success stories. Perfect in-home sales demonstrations to maximize lead conversion. Post-Training: Attend pre-qualified and scheduled sales appointments. Conduct in-home product demonstrations following the Feldco sales process. Convert and close in-home sales demonstrations. Ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to project completion. Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and company metrics. Job Qualifications & Requirements: Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and Reliable Vehicle. Highly self-motivated and ambitious. Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills. Job Info: Employment Type: Full-Time Location: 7315 Zinser St, Weston, WI 54476 Hours: Feldco’s Product Specialist work Monday–Thursday and Saturday, handling up to three leads per day with appointments at 12:30 pm, 3:30 pm, and 6:30 pm on weekdays, and 9:30 am, 12:30 pm, and 3:30 pm on Saturdays.
