Data Analyst, Quit For Life

AT A GLANCERVO Health is looking for a professional analyst to join our Quit For Life Data Analytics team. In this role, you'll be challenged to help execute on high-priority data efforts all in line with our broader mission of supporting members on their quit journeys. You will be responsible for scoping technical projects, building relationships with stakeholders to best support the business, manipulating and analyzing data, exploring questions from clients and collaborating with other data analysts within the organization.The ideal candidate will utilize their strong analytical skills to provide data support from architecture and modeling through to visualization and insight development. This role requires a proactive personality, extremely analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent time management and communication skills.Where You'll BeTo prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Fort Mill, SC office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.1101 Red Ventures Dr Fort Mill, SC 29707What You'll Do As a Data Analyst, you'll execute important technical projects that help support our clients and push the business forward Conduct analyses, build scalable analytics infrastructure and dashboards, create reports, and enable our business partners and clients to best make decisions using our data Partner with business leaders to work effectively across multiple technical teams to solve problems. You'll play a pivotal role in building a positive culture across different areas of the organization. Autonomously leverage an analytical toolkit, executing analyses, visualizations and storytelling Amplify your influence by driving development of junior team members through mentorship and coaching on both technical skills and strategic business skills Interact with leadership to provide data driven recommendations to executives to help shape our Quit For Life strategy What We're Looking For Ability to write SQL queries against complex databases for data extraction is a must Experience with visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau or PowerBI to build dynamic/scalable dashboards and reports Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working well with business stakeholders Demonstrated ability to synthesize data and data concepts into actionable insights for communication outside the technical teams 2+ years of experience in web event analytics data, from definition to modeling and analysis You take pride in learning and becoming an expert source of knowledge on a particular subject. You can methodically understand business context and can clearly articulate the "why" behind any proposed solutions to the data team What's Nice to Have: You have an analytical background with hands-on experience executing analysis to drive recommendations You've working with operations data and understand how different systems can be leveraged to inform a business You have experience specifically in DBT, Looker, Red Platform, or Snowflake The foresight to build data architecture to answer current and future questions using analytics layers in SQL, LookML etc Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company.
