LHH is actively seeking a Corporate Card Administrator for one of our top clients in FinTech! this will be a 100% remote contract opportunity with our client. Corporate Card Administrator About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Corporate Card Administrator to oversee the management and administration of our global Corporate Card Program. In this role, you will ensure program compliance, deliver exceptional service to cardholders, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance program efficiency and cost savings. Reporting to the Head of Travel & Operations, this position plays a key role in supporting Block's annual cost-saving initiatives and strengthening financial controls across the organization. What You'll Do Administer and enforce policies, procedures, and controls for the Corporate Card (CCard) Program globally Audit and monitor card usage to identify prohibited or improper activity and address policy violations Maintain and update Merchant Category Code (MCC/MCCG) profiles and related expense tool categories Partner with Global Accounts Payable leadership to review reconciliations, compliance matters, and process improvements Guide employees through the CCard application process and support account setup Manage cardholder accounts, including purchase limits and monthly spending thresholds Provide troubleshooting support for cardholder account issues (e.g., password resets, account access) Maintain and update CCard training materials and ensure policy awareness across the organization Close accounts promptly for departing employees Support expense reporting inquiries, investigations, and management requests Review compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements Prepare and deliver formal presentations when needed Track and document waivers, credit limit increases (temporary and permanent), special-use approvals, and expiration dates Maintain thorough documentation of approved requests and completed actions Support month-end close activities, including transaction recording, accruals, and reconciliations between accounting systems and the banking institution Partner proactively with the bank's Program Administrator to ensure global programs remain in good standing Analyze program metrics, spend data, and savings opportunities to inform strategic decision-making and scalability What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field 3+ years of experience administering a corporate card program Experience supporting large-scale corporate card programs (travel, P-card, punchout catalogs) Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent organizational and analytical skills A professional, solutions-oriented mindset and strong customer service approach Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Pay Details: $50.00 to $69.00 per hour Search managed by: Kaitlynne Hope Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
