PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: As the Learning Technology Manager, you will take charge of crafting and delivering engaging, scalable learning experiences for our global workforce. This position plays a crucial role in aligning our learning solutions with the global learning strategy through various modalities, including virtual instruction, documentation, and digital learning formats. You will also manage key learning technologies and processes to ensure an impactful and continuously improving learning experience for all colleagues. ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT? ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Learning Technology Ownership and Governance: Lead operations and governance for Workday Learning, overseeing engagement processes and reporting to senior leadership. Stay updated on learning technology trends and collaborate with HRIS and stakeholders to enhance systems and configurations. Manage support workflows for Workday Learning, addressing user issues and ensuring a streamlined experience. Generate and present learning reports to leadership, promoting self-service reporting to optimize processes. Oversee the annual global compliance learning program, working with Legal and Compliance on planning, course updates, global tracking, and reporting. Ensure accessibility of learning resources for diverse audiences through various systems, maintaining data integrity and readiness for audits. Vendor and Platform Management: Lead negotiations for vendor contracts, managing costs and ensuring that deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations. Administer the Articulate 360 Enterprise license program, including vendor relations and license management. Support the global Trainer Community by providing resources and templates that foster consistent learning quality. Project Leadership and Continuous Improvement: Drive learning solution development projects, aligning timelines and stakeholder needs while managing overall progress. Create knowledge articles and resources to enhance learner self-service and minimize support inquiries. Identify and promote approved learning technologies to improve awareness and adoption within the organization. Evaluate and enhance the Workday course upload and administration process to optimize efficiency. Maintain accurate attendance records for live learning events and ensure proper reporting. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate changes and opportunities in learning technology to internal stakeholders, including senior leaders. Gather insights from stakeholders to understand learning technology needs and turn them into actionable solutions. Provide recommendations on emerging technologies that can enhance our global learning strategies. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Perform other related duties as assigned. Travel if required. QUALIFICATIONS A Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, HR, or a related field is preferred. Eight (8) years of relevant experience in designing and delivering global learning solutions in both virtual and blended formats is required, including significant experience administering learning technologies and managing vendor relationships. Skills and Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles. Strong proficiency in learning technology ecosystems and operations. Effective consulting skills for stakeholder alignment and outcome definition. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Capable of producing actionable insights and communicating clearly with varied audiences. Demonstrated business acumen and attention to detail. Proven adaptability in a global, matrixed environment.
