Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead our Interventional GI & Accessories team at FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation. In this pivotal role, you will manage our innovative product portfolio that includes state-of-the-art endoscopes used in ERCP, EUS, and Double Balloon Enteroscopy, alongside their essential accessories. You will collaborate cross-functionally within the organization and with external stakeholders, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), to drive product commercialization and ensure successful market adoption. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Interventional GI & Accessories product team, collaborating across departments and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders. Establish and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through presentations, site visits, and participation in industry events to gather vital market insights. Provide expertise in clinical, technical, and market trends, contributing to product development and differentiation strategies. Support sales teams with product demonstrations and strategic sales initiatives. Develop comprehensive 3-to-5-year strategic plans encompassing product commercialization, financial forecasting, and market expansion opportunities. Work closely with global marketing and R&D teams to identify best practices and leverage successes in product innovation. Lead product life-cycle activities including pre-launch preparations, launch execution, and post-launch evaluations. Coordinate trade show participation, ensuring alignment on objectives and seamless execution of events. Deliver technical assistance and training on product operations and requirements to healthcare stakeholders. Initiate product evaluations through protocol development and manage the process effectively. Craft strategies to highlight clinical and economic benefits of Fujifilm technologies and enhance market recognition. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, biology, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus. 10+ years of relevant marketing experience with a focus on medical devices. 8+ years in a clinical or technical medical device role, particularly within Interventional GI. Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Understanding of healthcare systems and clinical environments is desirable. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods and perform tasks using hands and fingers. Ability to lift and carry items up to 10 pounds occasionally. Close vision ability for detailed tasks. Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50%, domestically and occasionally internationally. Flexible schedule may include evenings and weekends.
