Systems AdminBUSINESS SUCCESS DIVISION — FORGE CENTRALWho We NeedWe’re looking for a detail‑driven systems administrator who thrives at the intersection of technology, accuracy, and operational flow. As the Systems Administrator within Forge Central, you’ll support the infrastructure that keeps our resident payments, compliance processes, documentation, and Entrata configurations running smoothly across our multi-state portfolio.Your work ensures that critical information moves reliably between teams, deadlines are met, and our centralized model functions with precision. This service-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured processes, cross‑departmental coordination, and being the steady, reliable administartor behind essential business functions.What You'll DoIn this role, you'll blend an exceptional attitude, timeliness, and accuracy to achieve the following:Payments & Document Processing Deposit resident payments with careful attention to resident status, payment eligibility, and timing requirements.Sort incoming mail and digitize resident‑submitted documents, ensuring they are routed promptly to the correct departments.Maintain accuracy and confidentiality while handling financial and resident information. Delinquency Coordination Prepare physical notice packets for late payments, including printing, stuffing, labeling, and organizing materials for on‑site posting.Collaborate with the Lease Administrator to ensure eviction‑related documentation is complete, accurate, and delivered on schedule.Contact delinquent residents to assist them with paying rent, providing resources for assistance as needed.Maintain organized records to support legal timelines and compliance requirements. Entrata Support Provide first‑line troubleshooting for Entrata settings, permissions, and workflow issues.Assist with long‑term system audits, data cleanup, and configuration projects led by the Systems Engineer.Support consistency and accuracy across properties by helping maintain standardized Entrata practices. Cross‑Departmental Backup Train with the Compliance Manager to provide vacation coverage for compliance tasks, documentation, and reporting.Train with the Lease Administrator to provide backup support during absences, ensuring continuity in leasing documentation and resident file accuracy.Serve as a flexible resource for Forge Central, stepping in where operational support is needed most. Portfolio Expansion Support Extend systems support, documentation processing, and Entrata troubleshooting to portfolios in other jurisdictions as they are onboarded.Help ensure new properties integrate smoothly into Forge Central workflows, maintaining consistency across portfolios. Your Impact Will Be Measured By Accuracy and timeliness of payment and document processingReliability and completeness of delinquency and eviction supportResponsiveness and effectiveness in Entrata troubleshootingSmooth continuity of operations during Compliance and Lease Administration coverageSuccessful integration and support of new properties and portfoliosInternal satisfaction with support provided to on‑site and central teams You’re organized, dependable, and energized by keeping systems running cleanly behind the scenes. You bring strong attention to detail, adept technology acumen, and a steady, solutions‑oriented approach to daily operations. Experience with Entrata or other property management systems is a requirement, as is familiarity with compliance or leasing workflows.
