The Senior Client Relations Executive plays a vital role in driving sales and managing accounts. In this position, you will nurture existing client relationships and explore new business avenues within assigned accounts, all aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and boosting revenue growth. Your key responsibilities will include: Expanding and managing relationships to achieve continuous growth and renewals across all solutions within your accounts. Identifying and engaging new customers to broaden our client base. Following up on leads generated by our dedicated business development team. Reducing client churn and maximizing retention rates. Ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the client lifecycle. Helping clients articulate their needs and demonstrating how our solutions can deliver value. Collaborating effectively with vendors and partners to enhance service delivery. Leveraging company tools and methodologies for effective account management. Establishing open lines of communication with clients in your portfolio. Driving revenue growth by introducing additional services to existing clients. Serving as the primary point of contact for your clients, and fostering strong business relationships. Taking ownership of various accounts within specified segments. Developing tailored solutions for clients and coordinating with various departments for effective implementation. Building enduring relationships and comprehensively understanding the client's industry to identify strategic opportunities. Contributing to the creation of governance and compliance policies to effectively manage risks. Monitoring financial governance to control costs within your specialization. You are a great fit if you have: Strong sales acumen, with the ability to connect business outcomes to client needs. Proven experience in managing client relationships that drive sales growth. In-depth knowledge of our services and a capability to align them with client objectives. A successful track record of pursuing leads and closing sales opportunities. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field. Experience in global partner management and sales environments. Expertise within the IT or professional services industry with a concentration on business development. Proficiency in Salesforce.com and its applications. What We Offer: This role is a remote opportunity, with some travel required for company meetings (25%-50%). We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $115K to $140K, alongside a performance-based bonus.
