Customer Service Dining on Call Representative

Overview Barnes-Jewish Hospital at Washington University Medical Center is the largest hospital in Missouri. The Department of Food and Nutrition serves Patient, Retail and Catering Service areas on both the North and South Campus, providing patient meals and clinical nutrition services, caf spaces, and related services. This role supports the Dining On Call program by providing first-line customer service for patient dining needs. Role Customer Service Dining on Call Representative Base pay range $15.00/hr - $22.33/hr Details Part Time (12 hours per week) Rotating weekends and holidays Keyboarding and computer skills a plus High School Diploma or GED required Responsibilities Provides customer service over the phone to provide dining services for patients and family members by accurately taking orders and identifying dietary restrictions. Performs correct and comprehensive data entry of patient food orders into the system. Interacts and collaborates with the patient care team and department regarding patient orders.
