Rate: $50.00 to $55.00/hr. W2 Key Responsibilities: Lead the entire lifecycle of AI use cases from initiation to completion. Maintain a detailed and up-to-date inventory of AI systems, models, datasets, and third-party tools, including their risk levels and approval statuses. Identify and communicate risks associated with AI use cases, working closely with business owners to develop effective risk mitigation strategies. Conduct comprehensive AI risk assessments, focusing on purpose, model risk, bias, transparency, accuracy, and human oversight. Manage the AI intake process, collaborating with Legal, Privacy, Cybersecurity, IT, and other stakeholders for efficient scoping and processing. Create and maintain governance documentation, including risk profiles, decision logs, RACI charts, playbooks, and assessment checklists. Develop dashboards and executive reports to keep leadership informed and streamline audit and regulatory inquiries. Lead regular reviews and recertifications of AI systems while coordinating monitoring and incident response after deployment. Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure governance practices are aligned with project milestones. Provide training and guidance on responsible AI practices, policy updates, and process improvements. Experience Requirements: Availability to work during Eastern Standard Time hours. Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts, including data pipelines, model lifecycle, performance monitoring, and explainability. Demonstrated expertise in establishing governance processes such as intake, control testing, and reporting. Exceptional analytical, documentation, and communication skills for engaging stakeholders effectively. Familiarity with AI governance artifacts like model cards, datasheets, and risk registers is a plus. Knowledge of responsible AI practices including human oversight and transparency, with MLOps exposure preferred. Experience with governance workflow platforms such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power Automate/Power Apps, and Confluence/Jira, as well as data catalog and assessment tools is advantageous. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Data/Computer Science, Information Systems, Risk/Compliance, or a related discipline, or relevant experience.
