Telecom Real Estate Specialist/ Site Acquisition

Base pay range $48.00/hr - $53.00/hr Payrate: $48.00 - $53.00/hr. Summary: Will be responsible for collaborating with RF Engineering, Site Acquisition, A&E, Legal, and internal Engineering teams to facilitate leasing activities for new and/or existing wireless sites. You will help maintain our local and federal regulatory compliance for initial builds and/or modifications to existing locations. You will interact with regional markets and HQ teams to understand the laws and regulations, and submit documentation to the appropriate regulators on behalf of the business. You will assist facilitating meetings between our regional teams and partners and regularly track and report on progress. You will also support in resolution of landlord inquiries/issues. Responsibilities Communicating project status and updating all related tools and databases as needed (FUZE Real Estate, FUZE SPM, ESA PO, UneFi). Evaluating network projects proposed by submarket teams to ensure regulatory compliance. Ensure all relevant documentation is provided for regulatory submission and review. Managing budgetary activities for all assigned projects. Assisting with additional special projects / programs as needed including property management and landlord inquiries. Qualifications Targeted Years of Experience: 3-5 years Pay transparency The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $48.00 - $53.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select.
