The pay range is $95,000.00 - $171,000.00. Pay is determined by various factors including labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. As part of our Financial Planning & Analysis team, you will play a key role in enabling Target's strategic initiatives and achieving outstanding financial results. In the role of Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, you will explore the financial impacts of business initiatives and transactions, assess financial performance to identify risks and opportunities, and create financial tools that facilitate decision-making. You will collaborate with internal clients to set long-range goals, create annual budgets, and develop monthly forecasts. Additionally, you will evaluate strategic initiatives and coordinate cross-functional reviews. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the central financial resource for Owned Brands, aligning support across FP&A teams. Establish and enhance financial routines, including Owned Brands P&L, monthly reporting, SG&A processes, and other reporting packages. Develop business cases for new business models and alternative revenue streams. Support enterprise initiatives aimed at improving product lifecycle efficiency. Conduct ad hoc analyses and provide capital support as necessary. About You: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance. Four or more years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or related Operations. Proficiency in spreadsheet applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, decision-making, project management, and organization skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Proactive, entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to take risks. This position operates as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement. This means your core responsibilities will be performed both onsite at the Target HQ and virtually, depending on what your role, team, and tasks require.
