Active nursing license in the State of Tennessee. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire. Critical Care nurses must obtain specific certifications within defined timelines, which include Basic Arrhythmia, ACLS, and others. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments for all patients at the time of admission. Develop individualized patient care plans based on identified needs. Administer medications and treatments following protocols and safety guidelines. Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
